Happy Travels Virtual Get Away Packet!!

This summer my children and I will visit six countries: Egypt, Jamaica, Mexico, Greece, Italy and Japan. We will spend 7-8 virtual days in each country, soaking up the history, culture, and traditions. On our last day in each country, we will don traditional clothing items, listen to music and make a craft related to the country’s culture. While feasting on a traditional meal, we will take photos, and discuss what we have learned. Upon returning from our travels, we will scrapbook, journal and compile a recipe book.

This travel packet contains loads of activities; ‘printables’ and suggestions for planning your very own virtual get away. The activities in this packet are great for kids of all ages, students, homeschoolers, parents and children, pre-school, summer camp, summer activities, day care, afterschool programs etc. They are also great as supplemental, hands- on/culminating activities for social studies/history units.

*Passport cover and insert (1 for color printing- 1 black and white coloring page. 1) cut out passport cover and passport insert-2) paste the back sides of each together making sure that they are right side up-fold at the black line making sure cover is on the outside and insert shows when passport is opened.
